Chef Keith Sarasin and Tarun Bangalore are proud to present, Aatma: Holi. For ONE night only, March 20th, we are offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience showcasing food from the Indian subcontinent present with modern techniques and styles to celebrate Holi.

Renowned chef and 4x author, Keith Sarasin will be preparing a multi-course tasting menu inspired by Holi: The popular ancient Hindu festival, also known as the "Festival of Love", the "Festival of Colors" and the "Festival of Spring" using fresh local ingredients from New Hampshire farms.

We are so excited to be hosting this event at the iconic restaurant, Earth’s Harvest Kitchen in Dover, New Hampshire.

Join us as we welcome special guest pastry chefs: Robert Gonzalez and Dan Crean.

For the full Aatma experience, we want to invite you to the VIP journey. Join Chef Keith Sarasin and Tarun Bangalore as they take you on a journey through the history of India teaching you about the dishes you will have that evening. The VIP experience also includes a special spice mixture for you to take home with a recipe from chef Keith.
