For ONE night only, join us as we welcome guest chef Sahil Sethi of Rooh & Bar Goa in Chicago alongside 4x author and chef of Aatma & The Farmers Dinner, Keith Sarasin.
Join us as we take over Franklin Oyster House in Portsmouth, NH on Monday, May 2nd. This one-of-a-kind dining experience showcases food inspired by the Indian subcontinent present with modern techniques and styles.
Chef Sahil was born and brought up in Faridabad, India where he fell in love with food his mother and aunts would cook. He trained at IHM in Shri Shakti, Hyderabad before coming to the U.S to study at The Culinary Institute of America in California. Chef Sahil spent time working at NOMA in Copenhagen in the fermentation lab before being part of the team that opened Rooh in San Francisco. He went on to help open Rooh in Chicago as well as Bar Goa and Bar Goa Time Out Market.
